Pixabay has free Doctors’ Day images, including graphics featuring stethoscopes and love hearts, which would be great to send as an e-card. Simply head to Pixaby and search “Doctors Day” to find the right image for you.

Unsplash has plenty of free stock images of doctors that would work really well with a message of appreciation on social media. Head to Unsplash and search “Doctors” where you’ll be able to download an image for free.

Finally, Wallpaper Access has dozens of free images of doctors that you can download and include in your thank you messages online. On the Wallpaper Access website, search for “Doctors” where you’ll find several great stock images.
